I have called several psychics on keen.com and i have run across one, Lady Susanne. I called her with a very important question and all I heard was kids in the background & she sounded like i bothered her. Honestly i think i woke her up!
I do not understand why and i say WHY keen lets everyone on this site to be advisers. As consumers we are calling to get guidance & direction. We pay good money to talk to these people who state they are gifted, intuitive or whatever. They are not!
Ladysusanne did not help me at all. She actually was mean tome. Went on and on about her problems. I know more about her then she knows about me. And its the truth! Read her feedback! Her callers state in there "praying for your family." And so on. When you call a adviser we should not be hearing about their stuff. That is totally unprofessional. I feel she does this so people feel sorry for her. And that is why she only has a select few callers that call ehr. Another scammer!!!
Bottom line I did not find this adviser anywhere near gifted. I could call my gramma up and get better advice or talk than I did from ladysussanne. I spent good money on the call and keen.com will only refund 25.00 of it. I am waiting a response from keen before I leave my feedback on ladysusanne. I am writing the better business bureau and telling them about keen and this adviser too. I have a few more to add to the list also. It is ridiculous! Why do they just allow anyone on this site to take calls from people that need help!? This is a service just like anywhere esle. We should get good service if we are paying the money.
If ladysusanne did not know she should have said so. Not guessed at it. And she really needs to cut the background noise. Wow I was shocked. Dont call her and waste your time.
