On another usacomplaints.com claims he would gladly have made restitution if the complainant had only contacted him. Well Brad, you have a whole stack of emails from me in your inbox (plus voicemail) so you can't use that excuse.
Responding to a complaint with "BULL!" and "REMOVE THIS!" won't cut it either. If you want to clear your reputation, then use the mediation feature of this web site. That would work even if you "don't know" who is complaining.
OR, just do the right thing and refund our money. I would gladly post an update saying you're really a fine, upstanding individual and NOT a con artist who rips off people then refuses to answer their calls and emails.
OR, if you prefer, Brad, you can let your reputation be trashed, be the subject of Interstate fraud investigation, possibly do a little jail time... It's entirely up to you.
