I was very diappointed with direct tv! They have tricked a lot people into signing on to their lies. When ordered their services intially they tried to switch me to their most expensive package when i specifically ordered a much less expensive one. They they had added things that i didn't even order.
When called them to change the order they said that i would have take a later installation date. On the second appointment the installers didn't even show up. When i called them they said that they didn't know where they were and said they could come to my house on easter sunday to install it. I told them to just cancel the order because i did no longer wanted to do business with direct tv because they are too deceitful!
The order was not cancel as i requested and they tried to install it again so i had to called them again to cancel the order. This was suppose to be a gift for my daughter who has autism and i really hated hurting her because she was really looking to this. Consumer report magazine and others really needs to look into this company before giving them such high ratings. I am so glad thati followed my gut on this one because they are really con and rip-off artists! This is really a shame!
