Well I have been paying this company money since 1998 For the first 3 to 4 years I was Having my pay check garnished from them then I got a report of how much I owed and it was more then what I have started with It was double the amount. Wow so were did all that cash I was paying them went not towards my bill I guees. Well Then I got It down from 7,000 to 2,500 I was going to pay the resst of it off with my taxreturn this year and even told them that. Then last week they froze my girlfriends bank account. Uggg Then I got ther little bill IT IS 4,000 now holy cow how did it get to be that much well they charged me 895 dollars to freeze the bank account to only take 98 dollars so some how for them to freeze her bank it cost me 895 pluss a 200 dollars service fee holy smokes. And then to top the whole thing off the money they took was not even my cash it was my gfs.
So we called them and they told my gf it was tuff and she said well I am going to file theft charges on you they said go for it you wont get far. She said why is that?
They replyed that the JUDGE Odlin of missoula Acuatly Runs/owns or something with this collection place. Bs and bs. Then She went to say that we have bank froze because you are suppose to get you tax return direct deposted in your bank. WE WERE SHOCKED!!! How the hell would they Know That If I was going to have my tax return derict deposite into my bank or not well I am waiting for a check from the irs I did not want my tax return depsited in my bank. So I am waiting for check HAHAHA out smarted them.
I have tried to move my bills to diff collection place but they will not do it.
I called the irs and they told me that some one was trying to get the info of my tax return they found out whene I should of had my tax return derect diposted into the bank before it was red flaged from the irs.
THIS COMPANY IS THEE WORST BIZ IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN It is dirty they have a judge on there side "judge odlin" So they can do any thing they want and get away with it they have repeatedly gone into my girlfreinds account and have taking her cash for my bill theft right not them since they have a judge on there side bs total bs this place is a high class used car place will ripe you off for every penny you got and them some.
I hope some one reads this that can do some thing about this place because some thing needs to be done, All I hear from people that are stuck dealing with these ass wipes get rolled hard and hard.
