We had notified TXU that we wanted to become clients of theirs. We setup out electric to be on for the 14th in the morning. Our moving contract simply stated all electric, and water had to be on. TXU input this wrong and we did not get our power turned on until late the 15th. THis was due to an error on TXU's part which was verified by the manager and Joel Sims of Customer Issues Management with TXU. The ended up costing us out of our pocket over $2800 for TXU's error. I have been communicating with Joel Sims of TXU and he keeps giving me the blow off! For a large company to allow a consumer to get mad over this is totally un called for.
They should settle this debt and refund the money due to it being their error. As the old saying goes in business if you make the bed sleep in it. Roll over TXU and do what is right!!!
