I purchased two Kiehl's products from Wold Wide Beauty Stores. If anyone is familiar with Kiehl's products, they would know they are not cheap. For the two products my total was $80. I patiently waited my eight weeks, but when my order had not arrived, I started to get weary. I emailed them and there response was "We do not know why your order did not arrive and can issue you a credit for the missing order or reship, " but of course never did either.
This is ridiculous... The internet is a great way to shop, but companies like this ruin it for everyone else. I will never buy on the internet again!
