Great Expectations is a national network of individual shell companies but each location is individually owned. So, if one location goes bankrupt, there is no recourse against any of the other locations. I bought an expensive lifetime membership at the Irvine, California branch which recently went bankrupt and now I can't even get reciprocity at any of the other GE locations much less any value in return for all the money I spent to join. The bankruptcy court trustees just filed a "statement of no assets" on behalf of the shell company known as ZMM Group, LLC (DBA Great Expectations) which means that the principals are now free to re-establish a new "shell" corporation elsewhere and do the same thing all over again to other unsuspecting victims like me and hundreds of others here in Southern California.
If anyone knows who the principals of (ZMM, LLC) the Irvine, Cal, GE branch are or how I can contact them to seek recourse, I would appreciate greatly your advice.
