Ripoff $1,844.16 for a membership that was cancelled 24 hrs after signing up. No photos or videotape was taken

I signed up for a Great Expectations membership that I was pressured into. 24 hours later, I called GE and cancelled the membership. I realized I didn't want the membership. They refuse to give me my $1844.16 back.

I plan to take them to the small claims court and want to know if I will get my money back?

I would like to handout slips of paper providing the web addresses of Great-expectations-sucks.com & the anti-Great Expectations site to prospective members that are outside the Bellevue office on upcoming Saturdays. I would like to know if this would be legal?

I would like to see Great Expectations out of Business.

The owners of GE are Johnny Meriggi, 214 389-7600,14180 Dallas Parkway Suite 1800, Dallas. John Meriggi is an auto racer. The other owner is Paul Ziter.
