I ordered jewelry from them about a month ago. I did not receive my complete order but they stated on my invoice that I would be receiving a refund.netherless, I wrote them 4 times and they have not responded to me nor refunded my monies. I did receive an automation reply and that was almost 2 weeks ago. So I emailed Mr. Jim, using his email address. Still no response.
You want to hear something really funny??? After all the none responsiveness from them, they have the NERVE to email continuely to buy more jewelry from them. Is that rude or what?
So, if you do any business with this company, you are doing it at your own risk and money.
