I had to change phone companies because I couldn't get the internet through their line. I called them told them I had to change my service and why. On October 23 my phone service was changed. MCI left my old voice mail on, even though I could't access the messages and still charging me for phone service. I tried to call the company to formally tell them to cut this service. I got a recording telling me that I couldn't access their number from my new phone number. The company is leaving on a voice mail that I can't access but yet they are still charging me for phone service that I'm can't use.
