Trial sized bottles cost $7.95, then these same bottle appeared on my bank for $84.00

I ordered a trial Bellaclear facial scrub for $7.95. I never opened the items. These are very small bottles (trial size). The next thing I knew I was billed over $ 80.00 on my checking account. I called the company explaning that I would like to return the unopened product and have my money refunded, They refused. I asked to talk to a manager. They was no manager. I asked to talk to the president. He does not take calls. I was ripped off.
