SmartSmoker report clients to the IRS. I quit smoking about a year ago, and this year I received a letter from the IRS asking me to pay taxes, penalties and interest for the cigarrettes I bought from this company, they send me a detailed report of all the deliveries made by this company that was given to to the IRS.
When you call to SmartSmoker (866-312-5388) and ask them if they report this information the representative (Amanda) refuse to tell you, so they hide from the customers this practice. Is curious that if you keep buying from them they do not make any report at soon you stop, they send the information to the IRS.
SmartSmoker have the obligation to inform the customers about the risk they are taking and then if you want to take the risk, is your choice.
