"This company was supposed to give a 10 day free trial period for their product. They will not send you a starter kit, but in about 14 days you will get a full kit and they will charge your credit card 99.99. The customer service line will tell you the 10 day free trial began when you made the order not when you recieve it! So by the time you recieve even the full kit, your trial is over. When attempting to contact them to stop service, the e-mail giving you a return number does not function. They will continue to send kits @99.99 and charge your card unless you take action. When you try to call their customer service center they will keep repeating "thats what you signed up for" and not give you any information at all."
This is such a scam! I am only sorry I didn't read up on the company prior to signing up for the free trial membership. Currently disputing charges with my bank for $99.99 that are UNAUTHORIZED!
