Lied about abilities to rent timeshare and the guarantee is basically worthless because it is next to impossible to meet all the conditions. There was absolutely no effort put toward renting my timeshare. Basically they just want your $ and then forget about you. Also they don't tell you the contract is only for 90 days. They give you the impression it is open ended or until the timeshare is rented or sold and that is not true.
