None payer dishonest ripoffs the business that doesn't give a dam

They advertise they are U.S. Veteran Owned. Does that give them the right not to pay carriers. We have been trying to collect since August. They always have an excuse. I'm sick and tired of these companies. We need to get toether and put these sorry excuses for business out of the business
