I ordered boots from this company an entire year ago. My first mistake was to NOT search usacomplaints.com FIRST before purchasing anything from them.
They never responded to any of my emails until I threatened to come on to this website and document that they were not sending me the $300.00 pair of boots. When they did respond, they were rude and only had something negative or racial to say (accused me of being a retard and a psycho and made statements about - and I quote "towelheads"). They will keep telling you that they will send the merchandise you purchased, but then they never do.
Their first mistake was to assume that people who like this kind of attire are stupid and don't have any sense. I work at a large banking industry and am in a very high level position. I am very intelligent. I just happen to have been a former Metal Head and STILL enjoy dressing in this kind of manner.
Please do not believe these people when they tell you that it's all a lie. It's not! And you won't figure this out until enough time goes by that you cannot reclaim your hard-earned money.
