We informed him that there was no money in account. Representative said that nothing would be withdrawn from bank... That the check # was just to show commitment. Guess what... Money was withdrawn leaving us with a huge negative balance to include an overdraft. Three complaints posted so far. I'm sure that there are others out there who have not come forward because they are embarrassed, which this company is probably banking on. Must the numbers pile up before something is done about this agency?
