Took money out of my checking without authorizing

I purchased two items from this company, after i paid for both of these items i got charged again for something i did not ask for nor did i authorize any other transactions, now the company wont take my calls nor will they put back the money that they took. And i returned the item that they tried to say i wanted. But they still have not returned my money
