My Access Benefits
Took $149.00 from my account without my knowledge and said I approved it when I didn't

On Feb. 1st 2008 $149.00 was taken out of my account without my knowledge. I called my bank who gave me the number to call to see why this happened.

The man on the phone said that I approved them doing this. When I told him I didn't he said there was nothing I could do about this and I was out the $149.00.
