Please investigate on my behalf security compromised on this EBAY account.
Dear Sir/Madam:
Please be advised that I have had my EBAY account hacked into several times and I have communicated my concerns about the accounts security and what could done to stop any further hacking into my account and you have not complied with my requests.
I again communicated my concerns via email today February 25 since 9:33 AM to 10:47 AM to no avail and account remains the same. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH...
I, in turn have complied with "all" your requests, you are continuously making it more difficult for me to use my account. You must change your login procedures to include personal information solely known to the account holder. Your site is not secure enough.
You know that I had to file a police report previously because I would have been charged with theft of services as my local law enforcement officer explained.
EBay, I have informed you that it's quite difficult for me to communicate via chat due to my visual handicap and Ebay has not cooperated with my requests, you have gone as far as keeping me online chatting over an hour plus to keep my account unaccessible to me. This is abuse and you need to held accountable for it.
I have been a member ID: benjiavis since 2004. I'm tried trying to communicate with Ebay to "no" avail.
