I am paying more to universal gas and electric for their service than I have ever paid to consumers. I have seen no savings with this program which I started in July. I feel this company needs to be investigated for over charging their customers. Even after I had signed up with universal gas and electric corp. With the first person that came to my house, I was contacted by four other of their sales representatives. They all promised that I would save money. I have not saved any money but I have spent about $200.00 more per month.
