Three months later I have not been paid

I worked a promotion for Allen Knauer and this company on Thanksgiving Day in Miami. Since then I tried everything in my power to contact them with no response. They do no return phones call or emails. I contacted the vendor that hired Statement Models directly and found out that they had paid the agency via wire transfer in advance... They even showed me the receipt. I worked on a national holiday three months ago and have not been paid. They owe me and the other two girls that worked $300 each.

DO NOT be ripped off by this company. I too have filed a complaint with the Better Business Buraeu. I too will take legal action against them if I am not paid soon.
