They advertise by telling you to fill out a free short application to determine eligibility for grants. It sounds great. They actually told me that I had been qualified for a $5,000.00 grant. I spoke to an agent named Kelly Pearson. She is quoted as saying, "it is free money. Why not get it before someone does"?
I was wise enough to have this "Kelly" call a third party to tell her the same mumbo-jumbo while my friend was at work. To get through to my friend, you are prompted with a message telling you that conversation may be taped. Nevertheless, she called and re-assured her that I was qualified for a $5,000.00 grant immediately and once I begin the process they will help me determine how many other grants I qualify for.

The kicker is the cost: $299.95
She reminds you that you are already qualified for $5,000.00. I questioned her on all this and basically and directly asked her, "How is this possible?
She responded that the money is paid to underwriters who have all this information at their hands. She told you could possibly do your own research but they are on a fast track program. She promises 3 to 4 month's and I will have a check that I do not have to pay back.
This occured on May 29. I paid the money and it was three months later but not to receive any checks, it was just until I received an application. I filed the appplication and still have not received anything. Forget about a check. I never even received a letter. NOTHING! Finito! Zilch!
I, of course, have kept professional but also have logged thirteen - (13) calls with them. One of the latest responses was they are not responsible for the U. S mail. For $300.00 they better be a little responsible. I mean at least spend $0.65 and get a delivery confirmation. You just robbed someone of $300.00. Be considerate and at least spend $0.65 so your letter can be tracked.
At any rate, she then told me they could email it to me. I agreed but added I would also like the hard copy.
Guess What? I never received either. I called two weeks later and still have never had my calls returned. That is another issue. They screen every call. You will never call there and get a live person. You have to leave a message and they return your call. I would have left probably 100 messages but 85% of the time you call you are not able to leave a message because their mailbox is full. Full. What the _ell is that?
The only good thing out of this is I get to warn hard-working persons like yourselves. I began on the internet by researching for the most proven and qualified home business programs on the web. I believe we have done a thorough job. Even though it seems like there is a lot of PIPS sites, there is a reason for that. If you have a disciplined budget, not expecting to get rich overnight or quit your job, and have some patience, there is no doubt that PIPS is my number#1 choice:

UNITED FULFILLMENT BUREAU - IS AMONG THE WORST I HAVE ENTERTAINED. I mean there are home business prospects that offer you things that are never going to happen but at least you have a chance. The important thing in starting an internet business is developing a website and keeping it going. You can learn from your mistakes as you go and change content but you are still going. With this group, you are waiting for results that never happen
Learn from my mistakes. I took my lumps when I first began and that is why I decided to research and weed out the haglers. Anyone is capable of thorough researching with the internet. All you need is time.

In addition, I am filing with every internet agency to try and append my money. I want to warn evryone I can and put these slimy scammers out of business. I will be writing to every blog imaginable. Furthermore, I intend on pursuing in court. It will cost me a lot more to pursue than $300.00 but I will get it all back in the end. I am going after principles. It is what I built my internet business on.
Please email me if you have already been violated by this "excuse for a company" Perhaps we could entertain a class action suit. Look, I am no lomger interested in any report because it would mean nothing to me. I want back my $300.00 that I wasted my time on. If I would be refunded at least I would have my money back.
