This company promised to send 30,000 unique visitors to my website. They gave me access to an account screen where I could see the daily visitors. There was a claim of about 160 per day, but I checked my logs and the referers they had mentioned would be in my logs were only giving me about 20 hits per day.
When I confronted them about this, and asked them for a refund, they were very evasive. They asked for my logs, which I sent, and then said they couldn't open them. Then, I resent my logs as a. Zip file, but they cancelled my account and won't provide support anymore.
I have direct proof that they were billing me for fraudulent activity, and I have been forced to escalate a Paypal complaint to get my money back. I'm not sure how long this will take, but I'm not happy about having my money tied up by these jacka*es.
Furthermore, for people investigating this company, the traffic they send you is completely useless. Not one of the people they claimed to have sent bought anything off of my website, nor did they see it for more than 2 seconds. I recommend that you consider wisely with whom you advertise with, because this company is a scam artist company and just wants to take your money and run.
