As Seen On Tv Network & Tv Retails.com
Item paid and charged but order not processed or sent after two weeks

Searching on the wab for a cook item (Betty Crocker fill pan), I found it on the tvretails.com website that sell As seen on TV items. They charged immediately on my credit card the correct amount but the order is unprocessed until now, eighteen days later, and the item was non delivered to my US address. They do not answer to a lot of my emails and the online chat customer service is fake. Do not buy from them!
