My phone is out again. This is not unusual. Everytime it rains the phone goes out. I am stuck here with no phone! Again and Again and Again.
This has been going on ever since Time Warner took over ATT.infact, Southwestern bell was my first provider. I signed a contract with them. My outside wires which belong to the phone company are bad. They have been bad forever. Southwestern Bell promised to replace them. They did not. So I quit the service. The Comcast took over. Nothing new. No phone when it rains. Then I got two lines through Time Warner. Their technicians didn't even burry the cables. They went arouond my Red tips in order to string the line. That is against all regulation. But they didn't care. These two techlnicians were from Korea and didn't even speak English. I knew they did a half assed job on installing my new cable. But, since it worked I didn't report them to the powers to be. However, the phone is out again. It is raining. I have no phone service. I am suppose to have the lines fixed. Nobody does a thing. Thely come out here patch a few places here and there and still nothing is done. I have no phone. No way of communicating.
I am on disability. If I should need to call 922 I can't! This goes on and on and on and on. Why won't they live up to their contract and fix my pone lines? Please help me!
