This company is a total rip off, they fax businesses forms claming that they will collect monies on past due accounts of bad debt. Once you get sucked into they "sales" pitch, the nightmare begins. I gave them a account to collect on that was past due for a long time, apparently they had collected mony from this client and never bothered to tell us. I only found out because they were trying to get us to sign a new contract with a power of attornt atteched to it, the girl named Amy, told me that they were able to collect $4500 from this debtor. That they would mail us a check in a couple of days, this was november of 07, still no check. So i called them and asked for when i might get my check, they gave me a check number and the amount was now $3050.00 and Amy told me the check is in the mail. I called on 01/02/08 to ask about the check that they suposedly mailed. They said the check was mailed out on 12/1/07, it does not take mail over a month to reach to california from california. I called again and was told to speak to "Goloria" Who was, ofcourse out to lunch i left a message no one called back. So I clled again on 1/27/08 i was able to talk to Gloria who said give them one more day. I called on 2/4/08 i was then transfred to Nicole, whohad no answers about were our mony is. I called on 2/13/08 and asked if i could talk to Amy or Gloria, or Elizibeth, nicole none to of them were available. The girl on the phone would not give me her name. I called again a little later, they were all out to lunch, i said "lunch, its only 10:45am!" I called again on 2/15/08 and asked to talk to anyone that can help me, the girl said no one is available and that i should leave a message. I told her that i have left about 50 messages and no one calls back, she said there is nothing she can do all she can do is take a message. I asked her if i will have to sue them to get my mony or hire a collection agency to collect from them. She said i can do what ever i want and hung up the phone. Pease do not hire this company for anything, If anyone else has had problems with them please contact me, i'm going to file a law suit aganist them and i have sufficient proof to do so.
