This is the business scam collection agency out there. There hang up on you when you call, they ignore Cease and Desist letters and refuse to remove items on your credit report. They have on my report that I have a $129.00 Verizon Phone bill, the funny part is, I have never had a Verizon Phone in my life. I use Nextel as my home through my business...
I think it is totally unfair that the 3 Credit Bureaus will allow these people to ruin other people's lives and credit score by posting this record. I think we as consumers should be allowed to start our own Credit reporting site on agencies such as them and let's see how they would like it!!! I find it amazing how some Rip-OFF company llike AFNI can submit anything they want in a day to the 3 Credit Bureaus, but it takes hard working people months, sometimes years and countless money to have this deleted. I have just sent this copy to the Credit Bureaus and I will be filing a Defamation of Character Suit against AFNI Inc. I suggest everyone does, let's put them out of business...
Finally, everyone report them to their home state Attorney General's office and to your home state office. These scumbags need to be shut down already...
