We recieved a call last spring from a marty shore whom said she knew our boss & was told to contact me about buying some items needed since she 7 her husband were moving out of state & did not want to take everything with them & we could buy in gorss for a great deal, no shipping cost as a gift. Prices were great, i gave her a po # & had my boss sign off w / an ok to order, when the items came no packing slip & we were short a gross of blue pens; when we called no answer. The accounting depratment got an invoice & paid it in full unaware we were awaiting blue pens. Right before christmas we got a call saying marty & her husband had been out of the country for sick relatives & would get those pens out to us asap, asked if we needed a new po # - of course not they have been paid for so just ship them; as an appology they were sending a cheese platter as a gift for the late delivery & our understanding. The box arrived w / thousands of pens not ordered - the bill was over $2,000.00 & $117.00 shipping cost - ridiculos i called the accounts department called & we said there is no po for these, they were not ordered & we will send trhem back - split the difference of cost & keep them she says, the boss said no way - we are sending them back - send the cheese platter back too she says - whatever! We are boxing these up & getting rid of it asap back to tornado. How they got all our info & names at our company baffles us, the sob story really seemed genuine too. What a bunch of scamming theives - i usually catch onto to jerks like this & cannot believe we got took, i got taken in by something so full of fraud! After reviewing the invoice accounting paid last year i see they had paid the so called free shipping as well as for products not ordered in grosses not agreed upon! Our accounting manager got their w-9 info since we paid over $600.00 in checks to them & they were reluctant to give the info, we see why now! Do not trust these people, do not fall for their lies & pitty stories! Beware of tornado office supplies!
