"Employee Named "Brooklyn" College kid selling magazines to get points for a "free trip"

Entered home while family was decorating tree for Christmas, (knowing he was going to scam us)... Still no magazines I paid $100.00 by check $40.00 cash. Address and Phone # not right ones! I want these people somehow held accountable, and I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
