I purchased a dog from Lemmie Ruffin who advertised on Next Day Pets and had a website www.jolliek9.com. That website is now gone. The email address he used at that time was [email protected]. The dog was promised to be safe with my 4 year old daughter, and it turned out to be a very dangerous dog. Once he realizes you have caught on, he refuses to return email or phone calls. He now has ads on Next Day Pets under German Shepherds for Yendia, Lady and Dakkar. The ad lists Byron Wallace in Altanta GA. The phone number is for Lemmie "Skip" Ruffin. Call the 1-877-833-3611 number and ask if the guy who answers is Lemmie Ruffin. Scroll further down in the ad and it says View all listings for Wallace Coleman. That is a red flag right there&two different names.
His new website has the same animated German shepherds across the top and the same pictures from his old website under Satisfied customers. Notice there are no letters from customers, just pictures. Yendia was a listing almost 6 months ago under his name Lemmie Ruffin and jollie K9.com. The first page of the website also has his famous motto: "A lifetime of support and help in training" He used this same motto under Jollie K-9. If you have been scammed by this man, I urge you to contact Next Day Pets and file a complaint.
File a complaint with the FBI at http://www.ic3. Gov / and contact the associations on his websites he supposedly belongs to. Contact the Attorney General in Alabama and AKC. If you paid recently by credit card, contact your credit card company immedately. Mr. Lemmie Ruffin transported a dangerous dog across state lines to me. It was like transporting a loaded gun to me, and he brought it into my house with my children and elderly mother who live with me. He charged $1000 for the dog but my credit card was changed a total of $2,166.04 for dog food, an old leash he billed as the same price as new one costs and "transportation charges which include two hotel rooms for him and other other 3 people he brought iwth him, " etc. So his old website www.jolliek9.com is gone, and he has this new website www.completek9services.com. Like mildew he just resurfces in a dfferent spot.
Notice there are no names anywhere on the site. Notice on his website he says "We will NOT under any conditions train a dog for fighting nor to be vicious." I do not know what he did to the dog he sold us, but it would become vicious without warning especially if you put it in a crate/kennel cage. He was not housebroken as promised and he was not champion sired as advertised. I had the dog evaluated by a certified pet evaluator with over 30 years experience who said the dog was dangerous. She reviewed his training videos on his old website and thought the dogs were improperly trained. He also has used the name "Elite K-9 Scent Detection."
Google Lemmie Ruffin on the Internet and you get a Lemmie Ruffin in Montgomery Alabama who sold health insurance but pocketed the premiums instead or tturning it over to the insurance company. It's such an unusual name that I find it hard to believe there are two Lemmie Ruffins in Montgomery AL. This man traumatized my entire family. Someone is going to get hurt or killed if he is not stopped.
