Today is 2/11/08 and I checked my bank statement online and there are 2 debits from Skunks Works Media. Upon contacting them (which appears to be the same guy answering my calls) he told me that he couldnt give me any information and the only grantassistant.com and usgrants.com where the places who requested payment. There is no contact information for either of these to sites and the guy at Skunks Works Media told me that Id have to remember which site I went to in order to contact them. There are over 20 websites and there is no telling which one I may have clicked on. None looked familiar. The only thing I can think of was a couple of emails that I opened up and then deleted. That is probrably where the problem lies.
I am now trying to find which steps are needed inorder to get a hold of these people and refund me my money for something I never got (since they are charging me for something that I have no idea what it may be). I do hope someone can help me.
Upon researching someother complaints I came across an email address for grantassistant.com at [email protected]. Hopefully this person will respond and get things cleared up for me but im not counting on it.
When calling Skunks Works Media, I could not understant the guy so the webiste is either grantassistant.com or thegrantassistant.com. I also have a charge from usgrants.com for $1.97 exactly a week after the $47.50 charge.
