Last month (1-23-09), I purchased a cape shawl from ebay mokdoori store for my mother. The total cost was $19.99 with a shipping cost of $6.95. My mother and I were ooh'ing and aw'ing it and when the auction ended, I paid immediately! I also emailed the company telling them that I would probably purchase another one if we really liked the cape shawl. I was a little surprised to not receive any message from them, but whatever. I wasn't hurt. My days went on.
On the 25th I sent them another message politely asking them when I would receive the package and got no response. I awaited patiently for these people to reply thinking that they were probably very busy only to get my package in the mail 3 days later! Very happy to have gotten my response quickly, I tore open the package to have discovered that it was the WRONG item! Upset about the mistake, I quickly wrote them a message on ebay giving them a chance to fix their mistake amicably.
They did not respond. I checked their feedback and saw that other people had similar experiences.
I filed a dispute on paypal on the 6th and have had to response from these people whatsoever. From the looks of it. It seems like other people have had to do the same thing.
I do not understand how people with stores handle their businesses this way. I am an honest person with a good heart and would never do such a thing. This baffles me. I was ready to buy another cape shawl from these people! And honestly. This wrong item that was sent is not half bad. If it was the style my mom wanted, I would have asked for the difference and just kept it.
How do you pick and choose who you communicate with? I've seen who these people leave positive feedback to. I'm speechless. I just want to return this item, get a full refund, warn others about how these people run their business and have absolutely nothing to do with these people.
