I was told by Joe the owner of RelaxingHosting that I could have a Dedicated Server located at the datacenter where he had a rack for a flat fee of 300$ with 130$ up front. So I sent him the money and he told me it would be a week before my service was ready.
Two weeks later after 8 lies including one where he went offline for 3 days and said his wireless went down. And his whole staff said this also. The last day he told me he had ordered the server. 2 weeks after he originally told me he ordered and he sent me a bitmap image of the order reciept.
It was from a cheap dedicated server place and not a colocation what we agreed on. I called the company and they red flagged his order and told me they refunded him the money. He told me they haven't and I won the paypal dispute but he told me he will not put money from his pocket into the account to fix the negative balance and give me my money back.
He has no switched to moneybookers and thinks everything's all set. I am going to browse the net and post a little bit about his company here and there so he doesn't get away with it.
