Sprint sent me 2 phones by mistake. I sent one back 4 months ago. I keep getting billed for it. I called them 9 times and I keep being promised that it will be taken care of. Also, they did remove added features that I asked them to for 4 months. They are ripping me off and I can't seem to do anything about it. I e-mail them and call and they tell me how sorry they are. I just want them to stop it and credit me for all the mistakes thay made and won't correct.
