Double brokers the loads for more money than he gets. Toronto Ontario

Double brokered a load from another company for more money than he booked it for. Good thing we caught it and got compensated by the original broker. He uses bunch of affiliated companys in Canada to sell loads. All people are of Russian origin with an accent. V & K and Sons from Toronto is one he used to try and scam our company.
