In October. I purchased two children swim suits and caps online. I was told that the order will take three to five weeks. When the five weeks was up I contacted the company.
A gentleman told me that the suits were in their warehouse and it would take another couple of weeks. After that time went by, I contact the same
gentleman. He told me that it would take some more time. At this time I told him that I wanted my money back. He said okay, but the manager was not in. He told me that the manager will give me the money on Wednesday, January 9.
When I call back, the same gentleman told me that their computer broke down, and I will have my money on my credit card by Monday, January 14.
The gentleman told me that he will call me at 12:30 pm est. I have not receive a call and the money is not on my credit card. I have email the company several times. The BBB tried to contract them also.
