Terrible experience!

This is actually the TOUGHEST Floral encounter I Have ever endured... Gloria and Theodore Boesen that began e-commerce in 1923 could be REALLY ANNOYED... We'd a $150 shipping of two models of blossoms... Call-in on the Sitting. A.M. The client support people stated 3 P.M. Shipping... We spot phone at 4 P.M. They stated, might today get to 4:45 P.M. The shipping person was ultimately their about 4:55 P.M. Nearly 2 hours overdue... On first notice when shipping person went doorbell, the exterior temperature. Was 25 degrees F. The very first group of blossoms never protected... The shipping person, proceeded to hand the 15-plus lb un wrapped floral agreement to my 81-year old mom having a stick in her hand... She created described... I can not manage this... Unsure what delivery person was considering...??? She directed him to create on-floor alongside sofa... He lay first arrangement (my Moms Valentine plants) and went out the doorway to obtain the following flower design... Within the mean-time the very first agreement TOP-HEAVY fell down-side methods... Since cardboard foundation really lightweight, smashed rose design and built the whole... Water/dust items all around the rug... Of a 36-inch size leak... He arrived in with minute agreement (for my spouseis Valentine plants) set down alongside first agreement (currently built)... Viewed the initial agreement leak... Water/dust items all around the rug... Furthermore... I named Boeson the Florist spoke to Lisa (Cust. Support) she was really apologetic and described she'd have somebody look after this Mon... And contact me back Mon A.M. After I offered her the whole above account... At 1:51 P.M. On Friday I obtained a Voice-Mail from Ben Boeson from 515-633-3218 (his mobile phone). I called him back... And described the aforementioned account to him... I pay attention to his 1 second talk... I told him that I had beennot all that upset. (but my 81-year old mom) was somewhat annoyed... And only completely so... We've been performing numerous preparations (wedding's, funerals, Valetine's... Etc) with Boeson since around 1927. I told him of leakis on rug... His reply..." Oh it wont damage the rug, it is only water and also the dust included only an Discomfort..." Their reaction... Kinda got me stirred...". Oh itis like itis no major deal...??!! Our reaction was more satisfied... After he'd give me little if any reimbursement... Our reaction... To MR TOM (3rd Generation operator...) Oh' it is no major deal... We simply tubbled that 3 era connection... Whence right after... He explained in my experience "Oh Mike... This is the best I will do perhaps 10%—24% discount the next time" I stated my name is Dennis..."Hey Ben... Have a pleasant day... Gooodbye".in 1923 Gloria and Theodore Boesen third-generation back... Started the corporation... Very unhappy... I'd be eliminating My Fatheris or my Grandma's base, right-about today if... Easily told them, that is how I manage our property or rental prop. Circumstances, such as the above... Bad... And Tom Boeson is approximately same-age as myself...
