We have tried to use the "free" vacations and we have tried to purchase higher ticket items, but we never seem to get return calls or e-mails. Every time I have called, I am told I will receive a return call from a supervisor, but it has yet to happen. Even when we have agreed on a vacation destination, the opportunity has lapsed because they won't follow up with details.
I was in an accident 6 yrs. Ago and I lost my leg, my job, nearly my life. My husband and I haven't been on a vacation since, but we thought this would be a wonderful opportunity to get on with our lives the way they used to be. All the actually happened is that FLP took our $3,000.00 and gave us nothing in return. They need to be stopped! If anyone knows how to start a class action suit or has other suggestions, please let me know. I'm game!
