I sent a check for an earpiece and the company cashed it immediately but will not send the product and it's been nearly 3 months. The ad said allow 2 to 5 weeks for delivery. Yeah Right!
When I try to contact them I am put on hold for a long period of time (long distance) and then I get hung up on by the recording. Finally I got someone to answer just to be told it's on backorder. I tried again after I gave then plenty of time to get it to me just to be told it's still on backorder.
The email address to use for checking the status of an order is not a working address.
This company needs to be shut down!
