I resolved in November to put an order with Overnightprints.com to get a market work of business cards. I obtained the cards within the email about 14 days later plus they were terrible. The curved edges appeared as if I reduce them having a scissor athome, about 50 of the cards were bent currently from presentation, the written text about the cards was about 6 pts larger & most notably, the inexperienced for both sides of the card was a horrible orange! I contact immediately to tell them that there's no means I will utilize these. The client service representative.informs me to send them back to get a publishing and they'll correct it. Or even, I'll get a return.
Obviously, I have them back 14 days later and also the same issues exist, the only real change being the entrance and back really are a deeper ORANGE rather than green. I contact again plus they inform me to deliver them back to get a return. Meanwhile, I deliver exactly the same documents to a different printer and obtained my cards in about 3 times, searching the same as I needed, without any issues.
Today, I get a phone (8 weeks following the preliminary purchase) stating they WOn't provide me the reimbursement they guaranteed because they decided they published the cards to "the very best of the capability" and since what I obtained is the greatest they are able to perhaps produce, I can not get my cash back. The only path I really could obtain the reimbursement (that they guaranteed) is when they available on mistake on the component of course if their printer cannot produce the colour, it is my issue, not theres. I will have two choices: they are able to deliver the cards back in my experience (that we'll never use) or provide me a partial credit towards another buy (which again, I'll never use. If their printer does not have the "capability" to printing within the correct shades, why trouble purchasing something).
