I was turn over to a collection agency for something i didn't orde

I ordered a set of these things in April i didn't i didn't need them for i have no employees and since then they have me letters stating i need to update and i just got one saying that "my order wasn't paid for" and they turned me over to a collection agency for 179.00 dolars. I did not order these things again nor do i need them and i did not receive anything from them.
