Wedding video company took our money with no product in the end! Cincinnati

We paid for our wedding videography in full prior to our event in November. They had someone come out and perform the video taping. Now, it's January 25 and we have been ignored by both the manager of the editing department (Rob) and the editor (Joel). Their guarantee states that the consumer will (#3 on the "No Fine Print" Guarantee) All your phone calls will be answered LIVE (no answering machines), or returned promtly if after business hours. LIES! We have left more messages than we ever should have to with no call backs. When we did get a live person, we got hung up on after being transferred without warning to a voicemail box. We've been promised that on Jan 14 the video was in the mail. It's not here. We were told Jan 23 that we were going to get another copy in the mail "priority" and called with a tracking number. It's not here, didn't get a call. They have $670 with no end product. And I love #4 on their "No Fine Print" Guarantee: "We will be the most convenient company to work with in the marketplace today." HA! They are the worst! Don't trust your most precious memories to this load of crap company that steals your money. Oh, and we're not the only one's they've ripped off... There are many other complaints out there on other sites! Shame on me for not doing better "homework", but shame on them for piss poor customer service! (But the lady who did the taping was great!)
