I hired them to video my wedding. They required me to pay in full. The day of my wedding at noon when I had not heard from them I had to take time out of my day to call and sit on hold for 20 min. They assured me my videographer would contact me in the next half hour. When the moron showed up 45 min late with a hand heald personal video camera I knew I was in trouble. 5 min after the ceremony the videogapher was asking a bridesmaid how long untill we cut the cake because he had to let his ride know when to come get him. When we questioned this he said he had never done a wedding before. I immediatly called and told them I wanted my money back. They assured me they had mailed me a check 4 times... Odly enough I have never gotten my $1,000 back. I still don't have a wedding video. I have called the BBB, tv news stations. Etc No one seems to want to stand up and make this right. My wedding was ruined, i'm out $1,000 and my mom has stage 4 cancer and this is probably the last video I would have had of her... If i had it! Never use this company!
