Told Me I won Editors choice and Had chance of winning 10,000 Owings Mills

I Entered a Photo Contest online at www.picture.com for a chance to win $10,000. The following day they sent me an e-mail saying my photo was Editors choice and could be on the picture.com homepage. Then they sent me a e-mail saying i was a nomine for the 2008 Ameteur Photographer of the year, in that e-mail they said that i had to attend the International Photographer Society Convention in Las Vegas, when I went to register for the convention it said I had to pay $595.00 for my registration and $475.00 for each of my guests, which of cource I did not pay.in the e-mail that said i won editor's choice, I had a chance to buy a plague with editor's choice on it for $83.95, which I did pay for.
