My Shoe Store billed credit card upon receipt of my order. Then after the passage of some weeks My Shoe Store informed me that it would be a long time before the order could be filled and offered my the option of cancelling. My Shoe Store then promissed a refund within thirty days, but has not come across after five more weeks and has not responded to correspondence. I am hoping that Chase Bank will do the honorable thing and reverse this charge.
