Order a pair of gardening shoes on 3-20-08, as of todays date no refund 6-8-08. After 2 months of not receiving my gardening shoes a emailed them requesting a full refund. My shoe store.com replied and said a credit would be issued. It has been over 2 months and still no refund. They will not repley to my emails or phone calls. They should be ashamed of them selves. The attorney general in New Hampshire should investigate this so called business. I think a case action suite would probably work. Do not order from this company.
