Charging fees without consent

I purchased Christmas gifts online, then was charged $1.95 for something called "Sahalie Rewards" that I did not consent to and a few weeks later they charged an additional $14.95 for "Sahalie Rewards." All my orders were done online and I did not talk with anyone by phone from Sahalie indicating that I wanted to join this reward program. I never spoke with anyone by phone at all.

This is such a ripoff! I have ordered from Sahalie before and somehow managed to not get hooked into this. Except for the last time. I called to have the $1.95 removed and then they charged $14.95 to steals from you!
