Took money out of my account without permission Internet

I am not to happy with this so call IDProsup.com never heard of them and have no idea how they manage to get into our bank account. They should put back what they took. Never even went to any site call this. And have no idea at all how they did this. So unfair to be able to rip people off and get away with it.
