This company is awful. I waited for 1 whole year to take a trip to Vegas. I could not make other vacation plans because I did not know when I was going on my lovely trip to Vegas. Well I never did. I was promised that I will be going January 15th and then was called on in December and told that it would be June or July. I asked for my refund and was told I would get a 2 night hotel stay for free at the hotel of my choice. That was not true. Every time I suggested a hotel, I was told that it was not one of their hotels. The hotels they wanted to put me in was not fit for a dog.
After I did pick a hotel they gave me the wrong days because the days I picked was not available so they gave me what they wanted me to have. I suppose to go this weekend and I have yet to receive my confirmation and I have called everyday this week and have been told that it would be faxed to me the day I call. Have not received it yet.
This whole company is full of it and I have told everyone. I did not take a vacation this year waiting for "the letter" for my free trip and everytime I called I was told to pick 3 more dates. A whole summer shot messing with bad, bad, bad people in a bad, bad, bad business
